I'm in sect D too, row 14. We have 17-20. But I was pulling seats up to 24 in that section.

Welp, so much for my hope of Grace Potter being the opening act - she is already on tour, with a show the day after the Detroit Buffett show.
Any rumors as to the opening act?

Re: Detroit 2015
Hoedown pictures are online now.
Sounds like it went off not to bad. However there was a smdll problem with the lawn being soggy from a heavy thunderstorm hours before the show.......the hillbilly's saw it as a chance to create a mudhole for dancing and Rollin around.
Not a joke. The promoters had put down straw to try and dry things up but the fans kicked it around and started the hole.
Hopefully things are dry and fixed by Buffett. The pictures appear to have a large black wall along the street to prevent onlookers. The river surprisingly had only a dozen boats.
Also groupon has discount Buffett tickets. Getem while there sorta hot.

Re: Detroit 2015
I can't wrap my head around there still being tickets available for this show, let alone it being on Groupon. The past couple of years at Comerica would be understandable, given the size of the venue and the less-than-ideal setup, but it strikes me as very odd that this venue hasn't sold out. Is it really that much bigger than Pine Knob? How many people can it hold?

West riverfront is bigger than comerica. It can hold up to 50k.

Re: Detroit 2015
Hello, all!
What are folks plans for tailgating next week? Will there be sufficient parking areas to do so properly? How did it go for the Hoedown?
The CoPa might not have been the best for concert seating, but at least the tailgating was pretty straightforward (except for the $60 fee).
Thanks!
