I had the Paddy O' Punch at Bennigans, and it was awesome!
It was new to me, but my online research of ingredients lead me to discover various versions of the ingredients, including an Alien Secretion which I've heard of.
Anyway, mix up equal parts Malibu Rum and Midori Liquer, and enjoy over ice with cherry and pineapple slice garnish. You could even add a bit o' pineapple juice if you like.
Festive and fabulous!
Happy St Patrick's Day!

You’re still grinning, we’re still winning, nothing left to say

Not gonna click on the words, "Green Drink" from above message.
*sniff* *sniff* I smell an ad or worse. Better safe than sorry. I'm having enough trouble with my computer without taking a chance on a virus.
ANYWAY, back to the subject.
McGuires's Irish Pub restaurant has the best green drink besides Capt. Flock's 'parrot pi$$'....it's what they call an Irish Wake.
Have mercy, it's good and you get to keep the big glass. I have several.
Ok, many....
