I was surprised mine was available. FINSUP, FINS2L, and FINS2R were all taken. I know many on here have said how difficult it is for them to get the plate they want in their respective state.
I still love the fact that Virginia has a Parrothead Plate. It would take 900 orders in Kentucky to get a special plate, and I just don't think we could get those kinds of numbers here.

lisence plate
Chris, My now 7 year old grandson is a small parrothead, goes around singing Jimmys songs, and will tell all who listens he is a parrothead.
For almost a year now. he falls asleep at night, listening to Jimmy read him Jolly Mon, on the audio tape. The first concert he attended was this years Colombus show. For Colombus, I had gotten 2 sets of tkts. one set up on the roof.(almost) and one set really close, and right behind the stage.
for his first concert experience, I had given the close sets to my daughter and him. at that show Jimmy made a special effort and Built a small stage, facing rear, directly across from my daughter and grandson, (You will never convince Chris this was a coincidence) from which he sang 2 songs, looking directly into Chris's face . one of them was Jolly Mon. at the end of that he threw a beach ball from the stage. to Chris.(If it was not acTually thrown to Chris, we will not tell him, OK)
The point of this whole long, story is when I got a newer car this June and got my first personalized plate. .......

Re: lisence plate
That "Porch of Indecision" got a lot of work that night. My folks were at eyelevel for the those two songs at their first Buffett concert; and some friends of mine from Toronto (he goes by the name 'Jolly Can' on the m'ville board) were sitting right next to him for the faster version of "Jolly Mon" that Jimmy seems to be playing this tour.ches4me wrote:Chris, My now 7 year old grandson is a small parrothead, goes around singing Jimmys songs, and will tell all who listens he is a parrothead.

My neighbor has BUFFETT on his Jeep. I was contemplating APLA40 since I'm nearing that "bend in life."
