Jimmy's Most Beautiful Melody(Song)

Post by tullrocks »

I was just wondering if there was a thread about Jimmy's tender songs. I believe that the most haunting melody that sticks in my mind would be "In The Shelter." It is a depressing song lyric-wise but is amazing musically. Whatever it is about this song. I really Love it. Stated simply.
Any other thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks, Randy.

It's very thought-provoking and important enough to Jimmy to go back and re-record.

Something so Feminine about a Mandolin.....love that little gem of a song.
Musically, it really moves me.

Lyrically, there are too many to mention!!

Unfortunately, neither of the re-recordings did the original justice.
