Hey guys...just figured I would post this news in case there are any Bruce Hornsby fans here. Bruce is offering a terrific deal for anybody attending one of his live shows this fall. At most shows (the actual list is on his website) this fall Bruce is giving away a copy of his new box set to anybody who buys a ticket. So you are basically getting your money back as the box set retails for around 50 bucks at most stores. I haven't seen him live in about 5 years but I think I might have to check this tour out since its such a great deal.
Here is an article about it if anybody is interested...

Thanks for the head's up, Monument!
Huge Hornsby fan here...he's from Williamsburg VA which is just a few miles up the road from where I live. Always puts on a fantastic show, and always plays until the very last minute the venue will let him play.
Best Bruuuuce concert I ever saw was a benefit in Richmond VA....it was an acoustic concert with Jackson Brown....no band, just the two of them. Bruce played a set, Jackson played a set, then they played about a 1 1/2 hour set together. Nothing on stage but the two of them, two pianos, a couple guitars and an accordian. Awesome.

Salt air it ain't thin,
It can stick right to your skin,
And make you feel fine
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor.
