if the drugs really ARE fake....

what do you actually charge her with???

possession of fake drugs?
making false accusations?
wasting our good officer's time with her INCREDIBLE stupidity?? :o

with her luck (and LACK of brains) there will be trace amounts of actual coke
and it'll be her third strike (here in Cali, that gets you 10 to 25 years!)

in some states it is enough that she thought she had drugs..
the charge is something amusing like "attempt to possess controled substances" :lol: :lol: :lol:
