Two Tampa Shows to be Added to the Tour

Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band will be adding two shows in Tampa, FL to the Bama Breeze Tour, Thursday November 1st and Saturday November 3rd (the venue will probably be the Ford Amphitheater). Ticket on sale information - to be announced.

This is a dilemma. We normally vacation in the Tampa area that very week, but this year we were going to do a Biloxi/New Orleans week instead. Time to rethink the plans...

So the BAND is'nt busy on Friday, they borrow Jimmys plane and head to Key West for the Street Festival...works perfect!!! Come on Jimmy, let the band borrow your plane!!!! :lol:

So you drive down, go to one of the Tampa shows, drive to Biloxi/NO and head home! Or you fly to Tampa, rent a car and drive to NO. Very do-able. I just drove from St Augustine to New Orleans . It took about 8-9 hours. We stopped in Pensacola Beach overnight. New Orleans is so wonderful. You really should do it. So much FUN!! :D

Wow, I haven't been to Tampa in about 8 years. I'll be going twice in less than a two month span. The Topless event and the Saturday 11/3 show!!!

You know, when I read the rumor thread about this I thought it was too good to be true. But obviously I'm VERY glad that it turned out to be so!

And since I'm in FL anyway...I'm planning on being there for both shows :D

I'd tell the bride sorry-Jimmy takes priority over any weddings and any family event.

Hell, weddings are way over rated anyway.

Also-JUST A GUESS-I wonder if there's a chance Jimmy would show up in Key West that Friday (2nd).
I was married on that day in Key West in 2000.
