Agreed!! My teenager couldn't believe they were on a Country Awards show -- he says kids his age listen to them cause they're rock!!
in chat with my college sophomore.... he says "Rascal Flatts? Huh? Who?"..... metal head....

I'm still usually amazed that my kids like a lot of the music that hubby and I grew up on and like!! One day my teenager downloaded a bunch of Eagles songs not even thinking that I might have the CD's! And was he surprised I did!!

I'm wondering whether I'd recognize Mac in something other than a long sleeve flannel/plaid kinda shirt!!

Howdy, ETP. I couldn't help but think of Lyle and his gospel vocalists when Martina performed her song tonight.

We lost our country station in the NY/NJ area quite a few years back. I'm a fan and it's fun to catch up!!

Yeah - I saw it posted on the website too. Surprised they don't wait until it's shown on the west coast to post it all.

Just noticed the last line of your signature - good motto!!

Back in May at the Jazz At Lincoln Center benefit concert Jimmy came out wearing a flowered shirt and jeans. Mac, Ralph & Robert were wearing suits and ties. I thought Mac looked uncomfortable.

I am a country fan, sometimes for weeks at a time it's all I listen to. But I really dislike Rascal Flatts and Sugarland. I do like alot of new stuff but not these two. Prediction: Sixwire with be the next new good country band.
