The way things are this year, tickets on sale in five days wouldn't surprise me in the least...

what Mike said.....UpstateNYPH wrote:Maybe they are people in the know who want to share their information. Don't be so doubtful of their info just because they are new...Clintster7 wrote:I wont believe it til it is announced for two reasons
1) He hasn't done two shows at Nissan in years
2) If it is announced Monday thats only 5 days before a ticket sale.
I'd love to eat crow on this one and I will if you are right but I'm not buying it. Is it a coincedence that all the Nissan rumors are coming from buffettnews newbies?

Plus also the delay could have to do with the onsale date of Philly tickets. Waiting for that to sell out until announcing the date. Or even the Carolina shows for that matter.SchoolGirlHeart wrote:what Mike said.....UpstateNYPH wrote:Maybe they are people in the know who want to share their information. Come back to Merriweather!!!! 2003 was a blast and I have been waiting for a return there ever since!.
did anyone ever see him play at Kings Dominion or in Va Beach? There was a show at JMU a LONG time ago when he played with Kenny Loggins. Did anyone see him there or some place else?
Saw him at King's Dominion a long time ago (festival seating -- what a rush), and a William & Mary (Little Feat opened). Never been to a show in Va Beach, but I have seen him at Nissan many times. The weather and traffic invariably s***, but I won't complain too much... at least he visits regularly.

I have lurked on this site for years and never posted, and now I know why.
I recall a winter-time date at the Patriot center in the 80sNo, No, inside information is GOOD and we need it. You know how it is now a days, everyone wants More, More, More!
On another note, when did Buffett play at JMU? I don't ever remember that.

that is the buzz. but I'm hopeful that tomorrow morning we'll know for sure.1more wrote:We try our best.GumboPirate wrote:but year after year I always have a great time down there thanks to the hospitality of the VA BNers!![]()
And I've heard from a couple of people in different PH clubs that these dates are correct.
But I would like to see them confirmed.

I believe it's time for a sick day!

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"
Nissan Shows
The shows are Au. 30 & Sept.1 ,The head club PHIP has already given our local club their allotment of tickets for the shows.
