This is AWESOME!!!!!!!!
And (just because I notice little trivia like this) wasn't that pic of Jimmy on the cover taken at Wrigley?
I can't WAIT to see the credits and see which band is playing on which song, etc.
I really like "Open"!
"People Call Me Jesus" --- NICE!!!!!!!!

And just because I like special lyrics:
PEOPLE CALL ME JESUS
BY MAC MCANALLY (his very first song composed at age 15)
sung by Nadirah Shakoor on Nod to the Storyteller
People call me Jesus
And people call collect
People try to please us
But sometimes they will neglect
Well people live for Saturdays
And sometimes Friday nights
It's lonely bein' Jesus
And knowin' nothin's goin' right
People come to see me
They pick the time and place
They bow their heads and they ask me
For some of my amazing grace
They walk away rejoicin'
'Til they think they're out of sight
They worship me on Sunday
While they think about tonight
Well people say I'm old and useless
And people seem to know
Well people do not realize
That I've no place left to go
People see me many ways
But mostly they don't look
It's lonely bein' Jesus
And knowin' you wrote all the books
Some call me God
Some call me damn
Some call me master
But they don't think I am
Some call so often
Others not enough
Someday they'll know~someday soon they'll know
That all I am is love.
Oh yes, love...
Music to end...

OPEN
Open by Nadirah Shakoor, written with Heather D. Perry
From the moment I laid eyes on you
I knew just who you were
You're the one I have known forever
Though we never met before
Can't believe what's happening
Things are moving fast
Some would say I should be cautious
But I'm having such a blast
You say you feel the same way
And I see it in your eyes
Might sound strange
But I feel safe
And I refuse to question why
In my heart I do believe I am ready to receive
I'm open ... open
No more sadness, no more pain
Free to be just who I am
Open...
Open up with me
Girl, so proud to have you by my side
My angel, my delight
You're the one I've been longing for
You complete my life
In my heart I do believe
I am ready to receive
I'm open ... open
No more sadness, no more pain
Free to be just who I am
Open...
Open up with me
Piano/Guitar and music bridge
Can't believe what's happening
Things are moving fast
Some would say I should be cautious
But I'm having such a blast
You say you feel the same way
And I see it in your eyes
Might sound strange

Good eye! The background pic is one I took at Wrigley from the side of the stage. In the original shot Jimmy was taking a bow, but it was not a very flattering picture of him (probably because I took it with my cell phone camera). The new shot of Jimmy was taken at a show this year. We liked it better and dropped it into the Wrigley shot. Shhhhhhh, don't tell anyone.SchoolGirlHeart wrote:This is AWESOME!!!!!!!!

It's the child in us we really value
Here we are, with our fins up and our feathers flashing
Here we are, with our coconut shell brassieres chanting
