Well I'm figuring Dori is going...... 8) And I'm willing to venture into enemy territory...... :lol: Sorry UVA fans.....in this house it's Boston College, Virginia Tech and Clemson :D :D

So.....if everything works out.......anybody interested in a pre-Thanksgiving concert? :pirate:

Hope you'll consider coming to Cville for this show. JPJ is an exceptional venue! I've seen a couple dozen shows/concerts/games there since they opened. Shout if you need tips on places to stay and eat :P C'mon down, Y'all!

I saw it's currently TBD for ticket sales... any estimates on how much JB's tix co$t at JPJ?

It's a long way off, but I'll probably plan to work in the area, so I can attend the show. Might need a propane heater at the tailgate for this one!

I saw Bruce Springsteen there earlier this month and tickets were between $65 and $130.

There are two surface lots (large) and they will likely sell "premium" parking or something. It's worth getting when you purchase tickets. One lot is right in front of JPJ and the others are at U-Hall. There are plenty of other lots/garages close by.

the sat photos on google maps are old and show the place under construction... oh well. here's the link that has some better images of the area.

No info on when tickets are going on sale for the JPJ show. I keep asking around and checking the JPJ site frequently. I'm guessing that this show isn't making headlines because a) "where's charlottesville?" b) MOTM is right before this show. But I'll keep a close eye to the local sources anyway :) I'm excited!
