I have been suprised that the protests have gone on this long. I did not think anything would come of them, but maybe some small change will? Sounds like people in the cities are tired of living the way they are...

"When my country, into which I had just set my foot, was set on fire about my ears, it was time to stir. It was time for every man to stir."
Thomas Paine, Common Sense
US patriot & political philosopher (1737 - 1809)

Seems that the fire is starting to catch in Iran, but will it grow? That is my hope.

Not without direct Military assistance from the West. Just as the US patriots of the American Revolution couldn't have overthrown the British without French military aid neither can those Iranians looking to overthrow their regime.

A can of whop talk isn't very helpful in a street fight.
