I'm very flattered, ladies. Nowhere else could I expect responses like that other than you all from TEXAS.
You can blame Jimmy for putting these shows so close together, but I can't NOT go to Omaha & Des Moines, as they're this close to home.
Who knows what will happen after this year after all.
But your responses flatter me like nothing ever has. Thank you and enjoy your concert. (And know someday, God willing, I WILL be back).

Maybe you called the venue instead of Live Nation??
I called this number: 800-653-8000
Waited for 10 minutes for them to answer.
Then I told them I saw their Live Nation Guarantee that says: "We'll exchange your tickets if you find better ones. Get a refund on your original purchase when you buy new tickets from us of equal or higher price for participating venues and teams, up until one week before the event."
You can go back to Ticketmaster and buy new tickets and get a refund on the old, or the agent can find you better seats. The guy I got on the phone was willing to wait and try several times to get something better.

She said that yes, they normally do NOT do exchanged/refunds, but since it has been a few days (and not a sell out), they were allowed to do it.

I here you about them seeing. At the Charleston show, they had HC seating on the floor. I knew better than to get those and felt bad for those in wheelchairs who couldn't see over the standing dancing floor seats crowd. Whoever designed that, has never been to a Buffett concert!
