Favorite Dining Establishment on the Rock
I am sure this has been addressed many times before but I couldn't find it, plus they also change from time to time.
So what is your favorite place for dining place on Key West?
Ours is Louie's Backyard aft deck... (with a close second being Martins on Duval)

Re: Favorite Dining Establishment on the Rock
First thought... they have food in Key West? I only remember drinking! lol
But then I remembered Blue Heaven for breakfast... with delicious Mary's and Mosa's! lol
Then El Siboney crossed my mind, and I realize I forgot my lunch today, so maybe I'll try the new cuban restaurant, Congri, by my office.

Re: Favorite Dining Establishment on the Rock
it's not bad, and it has some good memories, but there are better ones, especially now that IHO seems to be bent on going the "Hard Rock Cafe" route. I'll take hole-in-the-wall joints. more than 6 blocks away from Mallory seems to keep the cruise-ship commandos to a minimum.BalconyGirls wrote:. . I do have to state the obvious . . . one other one that comes to mind, not quite as good as El Sib, but interesting in that it is a guy running an art gallery AND Cuban restaurant right at MM1.

Just in case what? Jimmy runs out of money? Just kidding...BalconyGirls wrote: Margaritaville is/was always our first stop . . and most times where we had dinner . . just in case . .
Lots of people are mentioning a few spots but I was looking for everyone to narrow it down to only one favorite on the island, which is much harder than just listing you favorites, lol.
