I wouldn't use those at a tailgate. What cop wouldn't know you were drinking booze if you used one of them? The idea of pouring your drink into a cup is to at least pretend you're not drinking alcohol.

It looks cool but it looks too small for a tailgate. I would rather use the 16oz solo cup for anything. Not as tippy either.
I do like the little red solo shot glasses though.

You're at a JIMMY BUFFETT concert, for crying out loud!!  Unless you are tailgating alongside of a bus with a banner on it reading "Alcoholics Anonymous", who ISN'T going to be thinking that you're drinking booze, no matter whatinthehell you are drinking it out of?

But all other things being equal, those plastic stems do look just a little on the flimsy side.
