I usually do dessert & usually something with pumpkin.
This year it's a pumpkin cheesecake (layered) pie with struesel topping & homemad whipped cream. I made a tester over the weekend & it is a keeper!

That sounds amazing.
My favorite Thanksgiving recipe is Ina Garten's turkey roulade and stuffing from meal planner. It's got dried figs, cranberries, apple brandy, pine nuts, rosemary, hot and sweet sausage. It's always a hit and I look forward to making and eating it every year.
