Has anyone ever attended a concert at the coffee butler amphitheater in KW? The venue info said blankets were not allowed but you CAN bring chairs? Does anyone usually bring chairs? Or is it like the Great Woods concert venue in Mass and everyone pretty much stands for the entire concert. Also is the lawn area sloped toward the stage?
If anyone has any tidbits of info about his venue it is much appreciated.
Thank you.

Photos on their website seem to show it being mostly flat, except all the way at the back of the lawn which is slightly raised.

Re: The coffee butler amphitheater in Key West
I am very familiar with Coffee Butler Amp "The Amp" an the locals call it.
The lawn does have a slight rise to the back and while chairs are permitted, most people stand. I believe they will have the GA set up differently than other concerts to avoid peeps wandering around. Hear it will be more orderly.
Don't even think about driving...best walk from downtown stop in the Green parrot, closest bar to the Amp) where the party will be. Not much tailgating near the venue.
Carry your items in a small plastic see through bag....will make for easy entry...all bags are checked at the gate prior to entrance. Don't attempt to smuggle booze it..won't work.
Important...Shows are known to begin on time at this venue due to neighborhood noise ordinance...I've seen people arrive fashionably late and miss 2-3 songs.
Any other questions let me know

Matthew,,,
I think leaving the chair behind is a good idea. The grass is comfortable to sit on (should you desire). Also standing allows for easy access to the many vendors (food and drink), as well as porto potties (which btw are very clean as far as porto potties go). Enjoy!
