Giants play the Panthers in Germany today, on early today and actually airing up here so we’ll catch that over brunch.

The Giants have made it to the post-season every time they’ve played in Europe. Just sayin’.

The Giants and the Panthers are two of the worst teams in the NFL, they both have records of 2-7. I heard somebody say yesterday, I think it was one of the talking heads on ESPN, that sending those 2 teams to play in Germany might be considered an act of international aggression.

It's time for the Giants to move on from Daniel Jones. What is this, his 6th year? On his best days, and there aren't too many of them, he's a barely mediocre QB. And whatever front office executive decided it was a good idea to sign him to that $160 million contract extension should be fired.

Yep, he’s a deer in the headlights now. I thought they would pull him out at the half today. The general theory is that Mara forced Schoen/Dabes to keep him b/c Mara felt so bad about how the early years/coaching were so terrible for Jones. Mara feels guilty.

What was he thinking? Doesn’t matter now, he’s gone.

It's not so much what the Bears coach was thinking not calling the timeout. What was the QB thinking running around giving hand signals to the offense instead of getting behind the center and snapping the ball? They let almost 30 seconds run off the clock, they could have run 2 or 3 plays in 30 seconds.
