Nope. Although he was supposedly in Hawaii, we never saw him. Too bad... Would have been nice to sign him one last time for this tour...

I know you had a wonderful time. It was great listening to the concert here, but I sure was wishing I had been there.

How was it?

It was like nothing I've ever seen before. Imagine Jimmy doing a show in a slightly oversized back yard with a warm breeze blowing through the palm trees and the moon and stars overhead. Incredible. Simply incredible. :D

wJs. I can't imagine a more perfect evening. Jimmy was so happy and relaxed. The venue is the prettiest one I've ever seen....the 1/2 moon was directly overhead when Jimmy took the stage, with Orion over to the right. Trade winds blowing through the palms....a great crowd.....and having Jimmy toss a pick literally into my arms tells me it was meant to be.

If he plays Maui again, I'll be there....even if I have to swim from the mainland.

It WAS quite a lovely cruise!!!
Warm trades blowin', moon light and coconuts swayin'....
I've never seen Jimmy in the tropics and it was great!!! Just somethin' about that music at that latitude.....

And there isn't a bad seat in that house!!! 4000 or so seats total...!!!!

The only thing better would have been to stop into Longi's and seen him after the concert instead of walking on by in search of food.... Oh well!!!!! I did get to shake his hand, and he signed our banner.....Can't ask for more!!!!!

I do hope he comes back to Maui ......But I would love for him to come back to the South Bering Sea Islands...for just another show...!
