I used to work at the Palace and I remember that one year they had to open the gates early because so many people were lined up down the road they were causing traffic issues.
How early is everyone planning on getting there? I know that 9 or 10 is our normal start time . . . but I'm concerned about the 2:00 thing.
Ahem..."early line up, early opening". If the park and ride all decided to close up tent and storm the gates at 12:00...it's going to open. So, don't get comfortable.
I've got my crew meeting at noon. With the idea, they always run a bit late...I'm hoping you P&R people start pounding on the gates to let us in! I'm hoping we can roll right in and set up!

I saw those too! Also left center 3 and other close seats available. I saw lawns on stubhub for $65 including fees so prices are dropping more often on there. Just have to keep checking.
The Detroit PHC has said that gates should be open around 1:00 to 1:30. That came from a DTE rep as well. I hope it is early as I have a lot of booze to hand out…
I'll tell you all how to find me later on in the week.
I don't believe in jinxes, so I'll say that the Friday-Saturday-Sunday forecast for the area looks absolutely perfect. Warm enough to consume lots of cold beverages, but less than the 100 degrees it was last time at Pine Knob.
Yeah Chip that was a hot one!
I sat out the arena shows but of course made it to River Park and then Tinley once again last year.
I'll be at the P&R and hope to get into PK ticketless and score a lawn there.
Solo as typical for the past few years.....so no gumbo again.
Is everybody coming?
I don't see much activity here!
Where are the Canadians!

I just read that anyone without a ticket will NOT be permitted in the lot.
