Good morning friends! :)

Yes, I know it's JUST Saturday here in CO, and not yet in CA.

E and I went to an Avalanche Hockey game after I got off of work today. They won in OT/shootout.
Rockies won.
Cardinals won.
DU Men's hockey won.
And it's snowing. Should be done in a few hours. Not icy, a lot of moisture. Great for cleaning old snow and yuck from old snow piles.

Family time this weekend with E's mom, and dinner out.

Sleep well.

Good morning. My grandson, Lake, is in his first year of little league baseball. He gets his
uniform and has his first scrimmage game today. (insert proud, puffed-out, grandpa chest here) :pirate:

We were so excited to see lots of sun and temps in the low 70s for today.

Got up. Saw it rained overnight and there’s no sun in the sky over Mountville.......

Hi everyone :)

Rainy Saturday here in Michigan. They snow is coming sometime which bums me out. Still battling a cold which has lingered for about 3 weeks now. sooo over it. Debating whether it is worth a 45 minute drive to go see the "Beach Bum" today. I anticipate it will be a frustrating thing to sit through but figuring it may be a bit worth it just to get out of the cloudy bleh for a while.

I should be working on homework for work today but even that doesn't sound fun. Snow in March into April really gets me down. I am sooo ready for warm days.

Good morning.

I saw The Marshall Tucker Band at the House of Blues last night. I think they oversold the place, it was packed. There was an opening act I didn't think was very good and Marshall Tucker came on about 9:15. They played for about an hour and a half but by 10:00 a lot of people started leaving and by time the show ended I'd say at least 1/3 of the crowd had already left. This was the 3rd time I've seen them since 2015 but I don't think I'd see them again. Doug Gray, the singer, is the only original member left and about all he does is tell stories between songs, play the tambourine and wander around the stage while the other 5 guys in the band play and sing. They did maybe 10 or 11 songs and he only sang lead on 3 of them.

Sounds like Doug Gray is tired. Time to hang up the mic maybe.

We’re headed into the 80’s here today. I think a walk on the beach is in order today.

Morning, BN. It's 60 degrees with blue skies and puffy clouds. Of course I would have to be at work. The good weather also brings in a lot of folks.

Evening, lurkers. 8) Quiet now in the MSC. :-?

Spring cleaning chores all day, progress made! Now off to dinner, hopefully no lines/waits, although the nice weather is bringing out the visitors and day trippers.

Hope y'all are having a lovely weekend. :wench:

Ahoy! I went into a Spencer's gifts for the first in decades. At the back of the store was party lingerie and adventurous adult "toys".
I felt old.

A self made millionaire bought an old foundry and fixed it up to display some of his collections during pop up sale days. There was an alcove made from a wooden trolley, seating areas with one having a gas fire pit made from a cast iron tub. Over the bar was the lit sign from my teen age hang out. It was a cool blast from the past.

I had to work today, and it has been raining most of the day, do it's muddy and nasty in my neck of the woods. Hoping it will stop around midnight like it's supposed to. Have a great evening!

After a cloudy start the sun broke through and we have several hours of beautiful weather! So excited to be outside getting the decks ready for our Parrotfest !
The “to-do” list is getting smaller but there’s still alot of things that can’t be done until Thursday and Friday.

Oh, our son and his girlfriend bought a house! Our 5 yrold grandson will now have a big yard for playing ! It’s 1 block from their current apartment so that will make moving easy 😀
