Good morning Linda. I read about this day. In 1957, the BBC reported a bumper spaghetti crop in Switzerland that included footage of farmers gathering noodles from trees.
Our local paper printed a spoof every year. Anne wasn't from here and fell for the story.

Good morning! Bryan took a day off do we can drop my car at the mechanics, think I have a wheel bearing that needs attention. Then he's coming home to try to finish getting things moved into a proper home. (We inherited some large pieces of furniture from his folks when they sold their Florida condo) Have a great Monday!

We are back from Jamaica and had a fantastic trip. Blue skies, blue water, great music and great friends.

Welcome back Molly. I guess the washing machine was waiting for you.

Tax appointment completed. And we are getting a bit of money back. Phew!

So much for my NCAA Basketball bracket. There were 32 games in the first round and 16 in the second round. I got 39 of those 48 right. This past weekend there were 8 games in the third round and 4 in the fourth round. I got 1 of those 12 right and all of my Final Four teams are gone. Another reason, aside from how cheap I am, that I don't bet on sports.

It was 30 years ago today that the Space Needle fell over...

Yup. Laundry was brought home....ugh. Why can't we just leave it there and but new when we get home.

My Final Four was Duke, North Carolina, Michigan and Tennessee. I crashed and burned big time.

I miss my MIL, but so glad she left. I can't do dinners out 5 days, and then one brunch. Great company and food, but woooof! My waistline was not happy!!

Today was 'payroll approval day', and now I have almost 100, instead of 50'ish, people. Then our receptionist/unit secretary was out (supposed to be until 11:00, and she got in at 12:45). So I was on the phones from 8:30 till then.

I'm tired. But still happy I'm liking my job. And that's no April Fools.

I left the phone on a chair on the beach. Someone picked it up.

I had the bracelet yesterday and maybe today....I don't remember.
I haven't left the house today so it might be here....haven't found it yet. I keep thinking it might have gone down the drain in the tub???
