Good morning BN. I like most Mexican foods. We often eat at a restaurant run by Mexican pholks. I can do lunch for only a little more than Mickey Ds.

Where I live we are spoiled with an excellent choice of real Mexican food.

Good morning Kids! Another crazy busy day today. Woke up way too early and now the brain won’t shut up and let me sleep more. I’ve still got two more hours of night time befor I have to get up...

Good morning kids. :)

LOVE burritos. Especially breakfast ones. Had one last Sunday, that turned into two meals. :D NO beans in any of the ones I order, tho.

Have a good Thursday! :D

Good morning.

Tonight is opening day for the Pelicans. Game time is 7:05 and the gates open at 5:30, I think I'll get there early so I don't have to park all the way at the end of the parking lot. Opening Day, Thirsty Thursday and fireworks after the game, it'll be crowded tonight.

Good morning. We have a diner nearby that is run by Mexicans but is called "Yankee Doodle Diner".
They serve an awesome huevos rancheros for breakfast AND you can have it with a beer or a margarita! :pirate:

Ahoy! I saw a new boating mishap today. An older boat with a 10 horse was going slowly upriver 20 yards from me trying to get a snagged line. I heard a horrible, foreign sound from the boat and looked up to see the outboard FALL OFF THE BOAT!
The gas line kept it from sinking into 15 feet of freezing water. The guy in the stern got the motor lifted into the boat and I towed them a half mile to the ramp.

A few years ago I posted this about the passing of one of my heroes:

http://www.buffettnews.com/forum/viewto ... 93153&f=31

Well, they kind of got the band back together.

Mrs Rabz and I went and saw "A Symphony of Angels" at the Sydney Opera House last night.

The Angels playing 20 or so of their biggest tunes backed by the Sydney Lyric Orchestra and the Sydney Philharmonic Choir.

An absolute cracker of a gig.

Dave Gleeson (ex-Screaming Jets) is the frontman and fills Doc Neeson's almost un-fillable boots admirably. Gleeson has a similar voice to Doc but isn't trying to be Doc which was a relief.

The Brewster brothers still have the magic in spades and their axe work was phenomenal. Their tribute to Doc and Chris Bailey (the original Bass Player) during the show was heartfelt and a bit raw - it was, by coincidence, the anniversary of Bailey's passing.

The final encore song was, of course, Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again - I thought the roof was going to come crashing down! To be part of a bunch of mostly 50/60/70 year olds to go nuts like that was fantastic, I reckon we've all still got it.

Got chatting to Dave Gleeson's Dad after the gig, he was a pretty proud man I can tell you.
