Ticketmaster Scalpers in NJ

Here's a good one for all of you. There is an agent here in central NJ who buys the best tickets he can before he sells to the public. Then, he has his boys go out and scalp them at shows and on the internet for double or triple the face value.
It would be easy to say "How do you know?" Well a very close friend works at this record/electronics store and recently found out by talking to this a$$hole. He's got all these people waiting on line outside while he's buying them up for profit. The guy is also a big electronics seller on ebay. WHAT A JOKE!

What if we take him, bury him in the sand to his neck and wait til the tide comes in.
I didn't get tickets for Camden, and am not feeling very forgiving to folks like this
