Good morning Debbie and Penny. It's nice here, but I can't enjoy it. I'm sick and I will help make subs for a fund raiser while wearing a mask and lots of Purel.

Good morning. It's supposed to be near 80 today but the forecast says severe thunderstorms. I was in Pennsylvania since last Friday so today might be a good day to do laundry and drink coffee.

Almost summer? I went to the beach yesterday, it was glorious. Today I go to work. Bummer...

The rain started but so far the severe thunderstorms aren't here. No thunder, lightning, hail or high wind yet.

Still bummed over the basketball game last night. Texas Tech played hard and the game did go into OT but just ran out of gas.
Oh well...they got to the Finals and so many teams didn't. Still proud to be a Red Raider.

Btw....it could get to be 90° today

Its a beautiful day in my neighborhood today! Did some minor cleaning, then my knee started really acting up, so I stopped cleaning. But I did manage to get a great dinner prepped, so all I have to do is put it in the oven when its time.

Linda...I'm finally making the Pesto Chicken recipe that you shared with me! I'm also trying a new side dish of Cheesy Asparagus Rice Casserole....cannot wait till dinner time!

It was nice to see the Red Raiders actually wearing red uniforms. St. John's is the Red Storm and sometimes they wear black uniforms.

Looks like the weather forecast was wrong again. The rain stopped, the sun is trying to come out and we never got the "severe" storms that were supposed to start last night.

We're getting a Total Wine & More store, grand opening is Thursday. I got a circular in today's mail, it says they have 2,500 beers.

Sometimes they wear red or black...school colors are red and black. They also wear gray....ugh

Ahoy! I wore a surgical mask due to a head cold while making 500 subs today. Anne told friends helping with subs of our weekend at Ringville.
I want another road trip.

It was very good!! Bryan really liked it too...we will definitely be making it again! Love new recipes that i can put together quickly after a long day on my feet at the flower shop! Thanks again for sharing!

Thanks, molly. It's just a snotty sinus deal. but I have a banquet I have to attend Thursday with a lot of hand shaking. I'll need a bunch hand sanitizer and Kleenex handy.
