I did something stupid this morning....lol.
We were getting in the car to go home. I opened the car door as normal and grabbed the door to keep from hitting the truck parked next to us. When I did, I managed to smash my little finger between our door and the truck mirror.
Ouch
Yup. It hurt...alot. Finger swelled almost immediately and started to throb.
When we stopped for a hamburger, I got some ice and it helped some. By the time we got home, it was swollen more and a lovely shade of
purple

Hope that heals quickly for you!

I got to spend a few hours this afternoon at a friends pool. Itβs salt water and feels so great on your skin. Not that tight scratchy dry skin like clorine water.
We just went through a 30 minute tornado warning. Lots of noise out there but it skirted a little north of us. The news is posting the ongoing βseek shelter nowβ warnings.

Thank you. Once we get on the plane Wed, it won't hurt at all.

Be safe!
We are getting rumbly thunder and some sprinkles. Sounds like it could pour any minute.
We really have that ozone smell.

Less than an hour until the final episode of Game Of Thrones. In the previous 3 episodes, 13 major, or at least recurring, characters were killed off. This show has never been shy about killing off its stars. I wonder how many will bite the dust tonight? I'm also anxious to see who winds up ruling the Seven Kingdoms.

This will be one of those series that we catch up on after the fact, if at all. Never seen a single episode, although the keet tried to get us into it.

Evening all.
No Game of Thrones here. I do understand that folks love the show. But we never watched.
(((Molly))) Hope it heals well.

Enjoy your trip, wherever you're going.
Linda - glad you made it safely through the storms.
Garry? Make that $150 and you might have a deal.

Sorry for all of the woes.
So, Nancy - how was the Mediterranean restaurant?
We slept in a bit. Did some more laundry and dishwasher loading/unloading. Then went out to lunch with friends and I'm still full from a 1:00 meal.

E had Chicken Parm, and I had a breakfast pizza with arugula, bacon, eggs, cheese, and grape tomatoes. It was great.

Thanks Penny
Thinking of painting my fingernails purple to match my bruise.
We are flying to CA for a Feat show, trip to the SD zoo, Feat show in Beverly Hills, and a few days to visit a mouse.
