Good morning BN. We started for the ER at 4:45 AM to take care of Anne's tongue. One side was swollen twice in size. It was her blood pressure medicine that had an allergic reaction.
She's all drugged up and I presume okay. I took a nap and she went to town.

Made a deposit at one bank. Dropped off some lasagna for my mom (I cooked it). Dropped off paperwork at
my granddaughter's school. Made a withdraw at the credit union. Came home and weed whacked the yard.
And now it's noon.

Just got home -- another 1/2 day to watch our 5 yr old grandson while his mommy works and his daddy is at National Guard Training for 4 weeks in Idaho.

Good afternoon. Tonight is the Pelicans 2nd Annual Augtoberfest Craft Beer Tasting and it wasn't one of the games in my season ticket package so I bought a ticket online a couple of weeks ago. I went to the box office to pick up my ticket so I wouldn't have to wait at will call before the game tonight. I hope it cools off a little before the beer tasting starts at 6:00, right now it's 91 degrees and the heat index is 104.

We are home from Orlando. Guess who came home sick?
Well. All of us but I'm the worse...lol
Sore throat...feels like I swallowed razor blades. Ugh
No fever just can't swallow . Tried some strawberry lemonade and felt like I was drinking fire.

So today I'm not leaving the couch. Oh...and it feels like 113°.

Well it's sparrow's fart on Saturday, been awake for a few hours as we've had a bit of a gale blowing and every time I dozed off something would bash into something else.

I found out yesterday the an eBay seller I've occasionally bought scale model kits from is literally just up the hill, down the road and around the corner. I've ordered a couple more kits but this time, no postage! -woohoo- saves a fair amount of pocket money.

Moogie, I totally agree about the little things. It is now in the low 70's here in Michigan with low humidity. I have the windows open and it is wonderful. It was a beautiful sunny day today which was great for running errands. I think my face got a bit burnt since I had the sunroof open and didn't think about sunscreen. Not complaining though.
