Hi there! Up and at 'em. Had 4 dogs to take care of and Bryan is going to go try to get tires on his car this morning before our noon kick off. Crossing my fingers that he makes it home in time. But I'm recording the game just in case. Its supposed to start raining right at noon too, so game conditions could get sloppy.

Good afternoon. Another laundry-doer here, then maybe out for a walk in the park if it doesn't rain. Or I can stay home and watch the hockey game, the Carolina Hurricanes have an afternoon game today.

Another Astros game tonight. Last nights game wasn't exciting, but a W is what we needed.

Afternoon phly-by. Weather turned nicer than expected so today was outdoor chore day. Now just chilling and grilling.

The Hurricanes play in Raleigh, NC. There was a commercial during the game about the team partnering with R&D Brewing in Raleigh for an official team beer called Storm Brew. They're selling it in the arena for $5. That's cheap for a beer at a sporting event, especially for a 16 oz. can.

BTW, I'm pretty sure R&D is for Raleigh-Durham, not research & development.

Hi there! It was a quiet day after moving a wooden train from storage to display for the holiday lights. Five trailer loads and a short drive to place the train and we stopped.
Chili and grilled cheese for a late lunch followed by a beer and pop corn. Life is good.

It never did rain, although it was overcast all day, so I got out and enjoyed the 76 degree weather. Now I'll play couch potato and do some channel surfing - there's another hockey game on, the World Series and about 100 college football games.
