I'll be starting my normal Saturday errand run which includes a stop at the gym, a hair appt and grocery shopping while Kevin does a shift at Lancaster Home Brew. Then we will have Grandson Austin overnight for church tomorrow & a visit to a local Alpaca farm's fall open house (we all love this "adventure" ).
Slept in a little. Off to breakfast, Mom's, Cabela's, CVS, banking, then back home, change clothes, out to dinner, finally a DU Men's hockey game tonight!!
Good morning. There's a Seafood Festival in town today, it actually started last night. I don't eat seafood but they're supposed to have live music all day and it's across the street from the boardwalk. I might go and if I don't like the band that's playing I'll be at the beach.
Hi there! We worked on the holiday light s for 5 hours with lots of help at first. The students that came evaporated after their shift ended, leaving a handful of old guys doing the bolting together of displays. It was a perfect day for it .
I need a nap.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Had to work today, a local high school football coach passed away and we had a butt load of orders for his service. AND, my sister in law is moving to NC soon so, since there is no buckeye game today my mom in law is hosting an early thanksgiving dinner. Bryan made the mashed potatoes for our contribution and we are heading to their house now. Whew! But, he knows me well and had a very large margarita waiting for me when I got home! At least the rain has stopped for the time being! Have a Happy Early Thanksgiving Saturday!!!
At the track again today. Sunny, no clouds but windy and cool. Still wearing multiple layers and still cool. Might have to add an additional hoodie tomorrow!
We have been fighting with the thermostat since we hot to the Flamingo. When we checked in, the fan was on constant and it was blowing cold air. The next morning with teeth chattering, I called. They sent someone while we were at the track. They disconnected it. No fan, no nothing. Called again. They sent someone today. Now the fan is running and it is 85 degrees. Called again...still waiting. No response no matter what we do to the thermostat. This is stupid. We are locked out. Don't say check the internet...doesn't work.

You should ask to switch rooms if they have another available. You should also ask for some $ back since they haven't been able to correct the issue.

Beautiful mid 70's Fall day around here. Spent the afternoon at a wine fest about 10 min from the house. It seems to grow bigger each year which is good. Ended the day at a friend's bonfire.

Finally got someone after we talked to a desk downstairs. The guy changed fuse, filter, went in the ceiling. Says the thermostat works but can't stop fan. Better than 85°.

Agreed. If you're there tomorrow, you need to demand a change of room, and a credit/refund for what you've stayed.
