Good morning BN. I'm looking forward to coffee this morning and a beer tonight.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning. I got an email from Old Chicago the other day that said "Your Mystery Value Is Here!" I can get $5, $10, $15 or $500 in OC Bucks. Everybody gets as least $5, there's only one $500 winner nationwide. It expires today so I think I'll go have lunch and redeem my minimum $5 prize. I'll have a couple of beers from the Holiday Mini Tour list and I'll be that much closer to getting my Abominable Beerman fleece.

Nothing much going on at Ringville. Since we leave the day after Thanksgiving for Key West we aren't hosting the holiday dinner but we are starting to pull out some warm weather clothes for packing :D

Oh we love Carl (& Erin) -- in fact, when we where in KW 2 years ago over Thanksgiving, we spent the day at their home with them.

Holy cow am I glad it is almost Friday :)

Hoping everyone had a wonderful day. I am trying hard to make it past 7 before I crawl into the bed. This whole going into winter stuff stinks.

There was a story on the 6:00 news that Tidal Creek Brewhouse is going to start construction next month and expects to be open in the spring. We're finally getting another craft brewer in town. This was first reported about this time last year but they had to wait for a zoning change because the area where they're going to be was zoned for light manufacturing but not for a food service business. They could have opened a brewery but not a taproom and kitchen. Another brewer, Crooked Hammock, is going to open in North Myrtle Beach at the Barefoot Landing complex near Lulu's restaurant. Now we can only hope one or both of them will brew some good beer. [smilie=gt-happyup.gif]

Thanks Mel. She's daddy's little girl so he's a little quiet this evening, but all in all the new sil to be is a great guy and treats her VERY well. She's happy and that's all we can ask for! Our oldest daughter has been married for 14 yrs, given us 5 grand keets, so that just leaves the middle daughter to find her prince.

Hi there! I fish a river pool over amile long and average depth of 12 feet with some spots over 20. My lure caught abroken fishing line with a lure attached. It was my friend's line that broke on the cast two days ago. Finding it was astronomical.

Congrats on the good news, Tammy!

The Denver area is supposed to get one next year. First ever. In a VERY busy area, so doubtful we'll get there for a while after it opens.
