Maybe we need Larry's pest control. We gave a raccoon? living in the attic. During the night, he likes to run wind sprints from end to end in the attic. About 2:30 am, Ryan came down wondering why the varmit was making so much noise.

Our pest control guy is only for insects. I've never seen a raccoon since I've been here, except road kill, but I did see a snake a couple of years ago.
