One Week 'til Christmas WED @ The MSC

Good Morning Everyone!

With one week left until Christmas what do you have left on your "to-do" list? We are waiting for the last few gifts to arrive via the AMAZON CHRISTMAS SLEIGH and needing to go for 3 gift cards. Then "we" are done; although most of this was merely observed by Kevin :).

We get out of hosting Christmas dinner this year -- our daughter and SIL have taken the slot (and we're fine with that since we hosted Easter this year and all 3 major holidays in 2018).

Have a wonderful day.

Good morning Linda. We host Christmas as a buffet and eat as you wish with my nephew's family. Two years ago, I had a Festivus feat of strength with the young ones, taking them on at arm wrestling. The oldest great niece is a weight lifter, but that didn't help her. The twin boys play all the animated ornaments and often play instruments. It's a nice time.

Good morning, heading back to work today. I'm basically ready for Christmas all I need to do tomorrow is dip the buckeyes, and clean the floors. On Friday before the kids arrive I will make a coffee cake for a treat for Saturday morning breakfast. Then we all head to a hotel in Columbus where my in laws host a family party starting at lunch and ending Sunday morning with breakfast. Then we come home, I make a big pot of chili and we celebrate with our immediate family and grandkids. Whew, I'm tired just talking about it. Also somewhere in there we drop the dogs off at a kennel and pick them back up.

Good morning all. :)

We don't do much anymore for Christmas. A couple of gifts to wrap and exchange between E, Cameron, and me. Tree is up, but needs a few more ornaments. Just pretty tired after work, so we'll finish it this weekend.

My heart is just broken with Garry's news, so kinda low.

Off to the work place. Have a good one. :)

Good morning. It's the 3rd Wednesday of the month so that means two things: 1. the pest control guy will be here to spray; 2. it's payday for me, social security direct deposit day. [smilie=gt-happyup.gif] After the pest control guy leaves I have to make a quick run to the bank to hit the ATM, I only have $11 in my wallet.

The pest control guy just left, the coffee pot is empty and I need another box of Christmas cards. Time to venture outside.

Since it is just the 3 of us, maybe we should get together. 🌝

And yes, I can't get Garry out of my mind. :(

He probably let Larry know how many pests he has and that is why he is going out for more cards. He didn't have enough for each pest... :)

I haven't seen any insects, dead or alive, but we do have a few annoying a-holes who live in the development. They're still here so ...

Hi there! We hovelled our way free this afternoon for a time out with early supper at the diner. We were the first customers for the second shift waitress had.

I hate winter.

Tomorrow, the lake effect shuts down. Good thing. We are on our way to Erie to see peter Mayer.

I still hate winter.
