How are the family members who had been ill?

Good Afternoon Everyone! It's a beautiful day in the Ringville neighborhood (which reminds me -- I WANT to see the Mr. Rodgers' movie).

Anyway.....quiet day at the Courthouse and there's no problem for me with that!

Our Christmas went smoothly. Daughter and SIL hosted it and they did a fantastic job (I'm told she's just like her mom ).

Roofers here tomorrow...maybe. Hate people that aren't dependable. If you are not coming, just let us know more than 3 hours late.

How are the family members who had been ill?

Apparently all the sick kiddos are doing much better! No more fevers but they have a cough that is hanging on.
Hoping everyone stays healthy as they are moving on January 4th. I have offered to meet them at the new house which in Westfield, NY and bring the kids here for a few days so they can get things settled. They are considering my offer.

Good afternoon BN, the tree is down, lights put away and Christmas is over for another year. 75 today, took the outside lights down the same way I put them up, shorts and t shirt.

365 shopping days till Christmas.

It's in the 40s and it's been raining on and off all day. Second day it's rained this trip.

I went to a place called Five50 in the Aria hotel, a bartender at another place told me about it 3 years ago and it's been a regular stop since then. Good pizza and a decent beer selection. The bartender today was a cute blonde woman. I asked her if she was working there last year because she looked familiar. She said "I've been here about 5 years and I'm married."

Hi there! I shopped for a new lap top. Sheesh! They are expensive. One of the hinges broke on my old one, but doesn't affect it much.

I fly fished and got really cold.


I drew an hour as well.


Tammy, Westfield is a very nice little town and only several miles from Barcelona harbor.

For as long as it takes to put up the tree, I like to enjoy it a few days after Christmas. But that's just me. Morher had a friend that took hers down Christmas day.

We leave ours up to after New Year’s Day. To me the holiday is from the 24 thru January 1

We don't have a particular date, but it stays up at least that long.

They are looking forward to being a couple of hours closer to family in Ohio. The sil is taking a new position as an associate pastor at a church there. We are looking forward to being able to visit more often! We will have to check out the harbor.

Ours usually comes down the first Saturday or Sunday after New year's day.

I only have one of those little Charlie Brown Christmas trees and I didn't put it up this year. If it was up, and if I was home, I would have taken it down this morning.
