Good morning BN. I had one great New Year when I had my first date with Anne.

We haven't seen the ball drop for awhile.

We'd rather sleep.

Hey All !!

Another dreary day here in Pennsylvania.

Can't believe another year AND DECADE is soon coming to an end.

Good Morning BN'ers.
Just another day on the calendar as far as I'm concerned today. No plans for this evening....Girlfriend has been sick since Christmas Day & not a whole lot better but we'd probably lay low regardless. Got a dusting of snow last night & with drop in temps & stiff winds on & off will most likely make the roads glazed over with ice, so driving tonight may or may not be in pholks best interest.

Will most likely knock off a couple hours early from work today, only because I can use NYE as an excuse  Have some chores I need to take care of this afternoon so heading out the door a bit early will help get those done.

Gonna wish you all a Happy New Years early! Not sure if I'll be lurking around later tonight. 8)

Good morning. I haven't decided if I'll go to Southern Times Square tonight. I've seen the ball drop in the real Times Square so watching a disco ball being dropped from the arm of a construction crane isn't quite the same.

No Times Square for me. Going to a show instead.

Have a safe and good one!

As they do every year, they've strapped gawd only knows how many tons of explosives to the Space Needle for the NYE fireworks show. It's very windy today and they say if the wind doesn't die down, they won't be able to shoot them off. How about a "Happy Second Day of the Year" celebration?
The good news is that we all made it through another year... the bad news is that we're all a year older! :-?
Everybody be safe, how ever you celebrate!

Afternoon, pholks. Gross weather in Vacationland, lots of cold, slushy rain. Keet left for NYE in Boston with his friends. Just having a quiet night in with Mr. Lime, with a bunch of different appetizers and maybe a little champagne. Probably be asleep by 10. LOL

Happy New Years to all the BN family. [smilie=sillyjester.gif]

Hi LR,

It's not too bad right where we are. In fact, in comparison to some places it is quite good.

It's very smokey right now, but no fire threats here at the moment. We have a couple of days of cooler weather but it ramps up again Saturday.

Have a great day!!!

I decided not to go to Southern Times Square tonight. It's not going to be NY cold but the temperature is supposed to be about 40 degrees. I'll sit at home, have a couple of beers, turn on the TV and watch people drop balls.

Saw the video of kangaroos hopping for their lives and all the injured koalas. :(
Just horrible

Finally made it to Dollar Tree and Kroger. DT wasn't bad but Kroger was a mad house. 😳
I think I found everything on my list. They have redone our store recently and I still can't find anything. I hate when they do that. πŸ˜–
