We've been given the green light to work remotely as required.

Which isn't actually a thing as most of us do that anyway.

I went in to the office yesterday - it was weird, almost no one on the train and from 6:45 to almost 8:30 I was the only one in the office. We are a shipbuilding and sustainment outfit (amongst other things), so a lot of people get in early - a 6:00 to 7:00 am start is pretty normal.

I got my census form in the mail today, you have to do it online this year. It took about 5 minutes. I don't like answering questions where they ask if you're Hispanic, Asian, black, white, whatever. I was tempted to check "other" and write in that I was from Mars but I don't want someone in a black suit and mirrored sunglasses knocking on my door.

Hi there! I talked to 4 people today, Anne and 2 friends in their boat while we fished alongside. The 4th was at the ramp.

I have a lifestyle change. until now, Christmas is the only day we don't eat out for breakfast. We are stocked up all kinds of breakfast goodies.

We've got friends in Australia who mailed us several jars of vegemite. Kevin says.... "it's a taste unlike anything you've ever had before". He liked it after "acquiring the taste". Me, not so much
