I started taking Bass lessons a month ago when we realized we have nothing else to do. I started making progress and felt like I was sailing along just fine.. yesterday my son was listening to me play and asked.. when are you going to get better so we can jam.. Sails up wind stopped..
Opps.
Lol
Afternoon BNers
Another overcast day. The biggest decision of each day?
What is for dinner. We have plenty of food...just deciding what to make.
I hear ya! We are going to have leftovers tonight...I'm not going to cook after taking care of the dogs and scrubbing the floors I'm just tired and my legs are killing me. Tomorrow I'm going to put some beef stew in the Crock-Pot. Gotta think ahead so I can get the necessary ingredients out of the freezer
Stew is a great idea!
Yup, you have to inventory sll your food and make menus. We still have about 40 meals without ordering groceries. Still on the lookout for instant rice.
Check out this website for ideas based on your current inventory

Ohhhhhhh, some different ideas!!!
Thank you!❤

We have a couple of boxes of instant brown rice on hand, but Bryan realized that he needed to pick up his heart meds so he made a trip to town. Got the things on our short list and we were able to support one of our local pizza shops.

We have about 1/2 box of Uncle Bens. We are OK but can't have much red beans and rice.

I must be bored.
Yesterday I cleaned up my workbench. Some would (unkindly) say it doesn't look cleaned but it there are places where you can see the worktop.
I also did two 20 minute sessions on the exercise bike.
That freezer better behave or I might have to take it out on it....

I built a work bench in my garage thirty years ago. It has been an archeological dig for stuff I don't use for thirty years. In my studio all benches are stacked with stuff, but one work table can be partially cleared for projects.

It seems the boredom thing has been partially solved. By a blocked stormwater pipe.
Shut up and keep digging was the refrain...
