That's funny! The 2 times I've been down there, I stayed at the Wharf & then on Perdido key. Like I said, I'm not picky but want direct Gulf view/access. Found a few condos I'm looking into west of Gulf shores park.
We are east....towards the good side....between P'Cola and Destin....

Not too much longer. When I was a temp at the firm they didn't give me a computer, I didn't have the internet at home and that was before smart phones. I was hired as a permanent employee in June, 1999 so it was probably June or July that I joined the first time.

When I was still working I'd usually get to my office at 8:45ish and check BN while I was having my first cup of coffee, I didn't have to be at work until 9:30. Sometimes there were 10-12 pages already.

SIX PAGES? Who says Quaratine hasn't done anything positive for us????

I just finished cutting grass and having an adult beverage or two while the pup played outside. I learned that pushing mowing my lawn is just under 5 miles on my apple watch tracker, so that made me feel like I accomplished something. Still waiting for a brand new and cheap riding mower to show up on Facebook marketplace so I can get back to my slounge lifestyle :)

Loving that it is after 8:30 and it still isn't dark out. I am ready for warm weather and being able to be outside. Glad the gov'ner relaxed a few restrictions so I can take my masked self out to get flowers and vegetables in a few weeks. That was my biggest worry was being able to plant veggies. Can't beat home grown tomatoes.

Well, now I am jammified and am going to maybe watch a movie. Truth be told it will probably be some old school sitcom or game show I find on the old people channels. I am beginning to like the ads for hearing aids and prepaid funeral arrangements....
well, ummmmmmm, yah, I guess I better come up with something witty to put in this spot since everyone is reading it.......

I found the GW thread in 2114 to be busy. I think over 100 plus pages Since then, all the threads have diminished....BUT

We're still here. :D

I read through a few of the old 'who's going to' threads last night at work. That was fun!

What a wonderful tribute, Rabz!

Andrea, my Rav tows my one ton rig with no issues, even uphill. Downhill, that's a little dodgey, but I have some steep a$$ hills. You would save on the price and getter better mileage, but you'd have to boost your blocker game.
On feb 28 We replaced our 2005 rav ( that we bought new) with the 2019 Hyundai Tucson. Covid hit March 15. Weve put a whopping 150 miles on since date of purchase. Certainly has helped offset our first car payment in 15 years 😊

Thanks! I'm really missing the Gulf.
Flight prices have jumped over $40 just from last week. Tempted to go ahead & book a flight but don't want to have to deal with a refund/comp for later in the year.
Although, maybe TM will be sending me some refunds
