Neighbors didn’t invite me over for a bbq. Think I’ll do a Smokey firepit tonight.

Remember "trying to rain"? Well it is here. Good grief. Thunder and heavy rain. Power just bumped so I hope we don't lose it. Someone start building an ark!!!!

Interesting read about drive-in style concerts. I think Parrotheads could work with this. :wench:

I would have to start painting cars.
I would have to start the 'dead car' analysis.

Home safe and sound from NY. We delivered our old dining room table and chairs and it's perfect for their new dining room! The big dogs were happy to see us when we got home! The grandkids wanted to come home with us! Much fun was had by Beard Popa and the big 3 playing rummy and by Mimi and the youngest 2 coloring and snuggling. The littlest had her momma send me a picture to show me her princess jammies and to say she misses us!
Having an adult beverage now and tomorrow will be spent dishwasher shopping.

Well, it's good to be back. We had no phone and internet for 26 hours. (Yes, we still have a landline that is connected to our home, internet, and part of our DIRECTV connection).

We went and visited my sister and BIL as it was her birthday. Then did Facetime with Mom, and it was great.

Ron got to use his new grill tonight and it worked great! He's happy. :)

It's been raining for 5 hours now, and it's about 45 degrees. The rain is most welcome.

Had fun watching golf this afternoon with the tournament for charity - Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning won. :D Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady did not. :D

SMLCHNG wrote: May 24, 2020 10:35 am Good morning!! Our home phone and internet has been down for about 20 hours now. 😒Gonna go visit my sister cause it's her birthday today. We're also going to do a Facetime visit with Mom while we're there. I'm outta here for now so I don't use up all of our data. Have a good Sunday!!😊
Sounds like there's a lot of people around the country who have had internet issues today. John Frinzi's livestream got cut short this morning because of connection stuff. 85 and sunny here in northern West Virginia. Mimosas have been consumed. On to beer now. Grilling some steaks and asparagus later and watching golf and then the Charlotte race this evening. Good day!
How are ya?

I was watching another show from Orlando and it was cut short too. They just disappeared. :(
It was Jason and Billy from the front porch.

Nope. That's a few thousand feet higher in elevation.
