I know your feeling of funk, Rabz. This the week we went on vacation, then came Buffett shows with some overnight fishing trips thrown in.
I woke from a wonderful dream early this morning. The Cincy show was still on! I was in a hotel waiting for all my friends to arrive. The anticipation of a parrothead party was pure bliss. In the dream, there was a pre concert the night before and someone got me front row seats to Steppenwolf with George Thorogood opening.
I was awake for hours. It was worth it. :D
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

I think I need to rip some George Thorogood CD's today.

I can't believe they aren't already on my music repository.

I've never seen George Thorogood in concert. He was supposed to be at the House of Blues 4 years ago. Hurricane Matthew decided to make an appearance instead and George's show was cancelled. He hasn't come back.

Evening, peeps. Stormy weather inbound but stuck inside working all week so I guess I don't care.

Trying to make some scaled down plans for the 4th. Town fireworks are cancelled, although there will likely be some private citizen firework shows. If the weather cooperates we can probably safely accommodate several friends for a cookout. So hard to plan anymore, just trying to go with the flow.

Hiya Nancy! I'm missing my adopted state these days. Has Mr. Lime had the boat out much?

Nope, it's just a little one, so if not too cold then too windy to take it out in open water. [smilie=shake.gif]

We are allowed to get a resident license to fish for lobster and crab. So we're going to do that, we have traps and stuff, and then figure out where we can do it without p*ssing off the local professionals.

I forgot to watch the concert replay. Buffett's played Frisco, TX 10 times and I went to 8 of the shows. Tonight's replay, 2017, was one of the 2 I missed. :(
