I went to Old Chicago for lunch. Today is Canada Day, they didn't have any Canadian beers.
I had a really big Cuban on a crusty roll and knew you would have enjoyed it.
I usually have a personal size pizza at Old Chicago but I had a burger today.

This week is a short week for me.
Not looking forward to tomorrow (Friday) though.
Eleven months ago Mum passed away and we had the funeral etc. Due to a moronic pr1ck working at the crematorium hundreds of interments have been screwed over. Apparently he took the work, filled out the orders, took the money but didn't realise that the interments had to be scheduled (or more likely couldn't care that they had to be done). After this was established and after much stress and heartache for Dad, the crematorium have been working overtime to straighten out the back log - then the pandemic hit.
So long story short, on Friday we finally get to place Mum in her resting place. I really hope this lifts a weight from Dad.

Oh, Rabz, that's painful.

Happy birthday, Ryan!!!
No bar opening yet here - still working on what's for dinner. Food doesn't sound all that good yet.
Co-worker just sent me a picture - when I'm in the hospital, and not in my office, I now have to wear a face shield, too.
Back to the couch...
That looks like fun....NOT!
Take time to heal first. ❤

Since everything is scaled back in the pandemic, Ryan's birthday was very quiet. We usually go to Lupe Tortillas...his favorite.
But, today we had Olive Garden deliver.

Still yummy and a nice change.

Wait.
Is Olive Garden real?
I always thought it was like 555 phone numbers in that it is a Hollywood invention.
