That's just my head exploding after the debacle on Concert trading.

Thanks for sending me the 1989 Casper, Wyoming show.....I don't know how you did it, but whatever you did, the sound quality is perfect! :D And so quickly too may I add.... 8)
You really shouldn't joke about stuff like that. The dipstick in the Jones Beach thread might think you're serious and start asking for shows that never happened.

Dipstick isn't the right word.... 8)
In another thread he asked a question 3 or 4 times and got the same answer each time. I posted a Samuel L. Jackson meme from Pulp Fiction - "English m-f'er, do you speak it?" I thought I'd be a little nicer this time.

Well, that takes me back! It's like the Ventures are still alive(and better than ever before).
The Atlantics and The Ventures were contemporaries.

Bob Bogle (Ventures) and Eddy Matzenik and Jim Skaithitiswere (Atlantics) are said to have both "invented" that reverb rich twangy surf sound.

I think they actually aped each other...

This is a modern incarnation of the Atlantics biggest hit "Bombora" (Aboriginal for "Big Breaking Wave").

lime rickie wrote: July 29, 2020 7:40 pm All windows open here. With fans on we are at a tolerable low 80s.

But no humidity. Fresh salty air, buoy sounds, and after dark we will be in the high 50s.

Deb, and Linda Sue, and Princess N.B. marveled at the open windows when they visited. :P
It was a lovely evening!
So jealous, I love having the windows open! We just get too much humidity around here :-?

You ever heard of Junior Brown?

That one-of-a-kind guitar he's playing was stolen last October along with his wife's guitar. That's her on stage with him.
So far it hasn't been recovered.

And here he is playing with the Beach Boys. That's his other double neck guitar known as "Big Red".
The missing one is "Old Yellar". :pirate:

Crikey a lapsteel and guitar hanging off your shoulder would be a backbreaker.

I struggle with my Gibson clone some days.

You're right. Sometimes he plays them by setting it on a high stool in front of him. :pirate:

Now I am sure you didn't and won't but DO NOT OPEN THOSE FILES!

Simply delete them and then remove them from your email and recycling bin.

That looks just like a vector for malware/trojans/ransomware.

Dipstick poster who is very insistent singles out someone who is helpful then sends unsolicited files - A classic "layer 8" hacking attempt.

Hockey's back. The games don't count until Saturday but they're playing again, some of the games are on TV and the Islanders are winning

Another one here that doesn't open windows except to clean the sills, too hot or too cold or too humid.

Do you mean the man on 2nd base to start the inning? They did that in minor league baseball last year, I don't like it.

Stoopid, stoopid, stoopid..... Maybe they should just end the game with penalty kicks.

The only good thing about the rule is if the runner on 2nd base scores, it's considered an unearned run so it doesn't hurt the pitcher. After all, he didn't allow the runner to get on base.
