Plagiarism is a bit harsh.

I think he is merely retelling and expanding.

We always had dogs. Except for a couple years in the late 70s, my brothers girlfriend left her kitten at our house to hold, "just for a couple weeks until her new place was ready". And then they split up and she never came to get him. Never came back for the cat either. Walter Croncat.

Back from the dentist, $2,161 poorer than before. (No dental coverage on Medicare). Can't eat anything for 2 hours, so having Bloody Marys for nourishment (and solace).

Kinda weird... when you get old, it's your hearing, vision, and teeth that go, but those three things are specifically not covered by Medicare.

It hit 98°byesterday, hottest day in 11 years. Only 88° today and dropping into the 70s by the end of the week.

Ouch! I have had no dental issues for a few years and like it that way.

I'm so sorry, but glad you had the bloody Marys to ease the pain!

Good evening! :)

Dentist last week for me. Cleaning and such doesn't bother me. Thank goodness I have insurance. I have a total of five fillings, all over 20 years old. So, come February he'll be replacing two of them, just because of their age. I love my dentist, his staff, and his pain free'ish work.

Eye doctor this past weekend, eyes are healthy, but need a new RX (eyes are improving with age, go figure) and new frames/lenses.

Don't have a cat. Don't love them like I do dogs. Had a cat once, name it Duke, after John Wayne (Cameron's father loved him).

Good win by the Avalanche over Arizona today. :D

It was payroll day AND orientation of 2 new employees. All went pretty well.

Still watching the Astros and the Rockies. This seems like a really slow game
