Like an idiot, I took overtime in the middle of vacation in September. Again. At least this is just a 5 hour shift.

This whole area is having rolling brown outs. The Woodlands is out and around ORHS is too, just a few miles from us.
They are doing the brown outs so they can work on the lines in the edge of Texas and Louisiana.
I imagine it is getting hot in the houses without power. :(

Btw...so far, so good for us.

Well you Midwest and East coasters are probably asleep or getting sleepy by now. Here it's just 9:00 pm, and I'm finally starting to get tired, tho I'm not sleepy. Yet.

Was finally getting my work desk caught up. But today hit, and that went out the window.

Then yesterday we got the 'fun' of not only masks, but face shields. Mind you I don't ever go in patient rooms, and except for about 60-90 minutes a day am I actually in the hospital and not in our Admin Business office area. The masks are bad enough for fogging up cause I wear glasses, but add the shield? Can't read/see computer screens and such, as there is a reflection inside the shield.

G'night dear ones.

Nope, it's not. Hard to breathe, can't see, and fogged up glasses AND shield on top of it. :-?
