I was just flipping through the channels to see if there was anything worth watching while I wait for the Islanders game to start at 7:00. Summer Of '42 is on. Many years ago, Jennifer O'Neill was the first celebrity I ever met. She was gorgeous.

Went to Costco today and they're selling Christmas decorations.
Good gawd, couldn't they at least wait until after Labor Day?
Hey Rabz, since it's already Friday there, can you tell me if it's going to rain tonight (Thursday) here?

It's raining here. If that helps.
There is also a Hazard Reduction bush (forest) fire two streets away.
That leaves one piece of the jigsaw puzzle unburnt on our 'danger side'.

Yup. I went into Hobby Lobby to see XMAS stuff. It's weird to walk past all the chatkies while in shorts.

Good evening!
Tonight E made another batch of homemade ice cream. (I helped a little bit) A few weeks ago it was fresh peaches from Palisade CO, tonight it was strawberry (not from CO). OMG, both taste so good!!!
My sister and BIL started a project in June to add a garage for equipment (they have a big lot) so cars can actually fit in the garage. They finally finished it. It's so nice looking.
Tired.. glad tomorrow is Friday and a 3 day weekend. My 4th of July holiday was negated since I was on 'leave' after surgery.
And Cameron comes home Saturday
G'night.

Oh, and crazy Colorado weather is coming.. I will be happy to NOT see the 90's+ for a day. HUGE drop in temps, tho.

That's a 65 degree change from high to low in one day.

Gotta make that money selling all that useless schidtt, y'know?
Hallmark has been running Christmas-themed movies for over a month now. It ain't gonna be long before we have All Christmas All The Time.
The part that upsets me the most is that there is no time to enjoy Christmas once it gets here. As soon as December 26th hits, it's like
'Thank God THAT'S over!', and it all comes down and up go the hearts, flowers, and Valentine's Day cards and candy. With a separate side section for the beer, chips, salsa, and other stuff that they say you gotta have for all of the "BIG GAME" view-a-thons.
