Ok.....so get this....

Back at Hooters for a quick lunch and few beers before heading to the airport to get back home. I got here shortly after they opened, and sitting at the bar two stools down from where i was last night.

One of the dudes who were "holding there money" comes walking in, and asks the bartender if he can speak with the manager. The manager comes out and the guy proceeds to tell him that he had $100 last night (I was close when i said he had $80

) and that he put it down on the bar, went to the bathroom and it was gone when he returned. He wants the manager to review any security footage if he can. The dude than spots me, and yells over, "Hey, you were here last night right?" which i told him yes. He asked if he said anything threatening to me, which i told him no.

Wouldn't you think that if he lost $100, that he would have been questioning it last night, and not bringing it up today? Wouldn't you also think that this would have been something that everybody around would have heard going on? I was here when the guy came in last night, and was one of the last people out.

Maybe holding his money up was a set up of some sort. The bartender today said that the security camera doesn't get a good shot of that side of the bar.

What a doofus.

Anyone one else tired of the political ads?? Not the presidential ones but the others. You can tell it is getting closer to election day...the ads are getting meaner.

flying home from Greensboro today. Back at the airport. Both American and Alaskan have a bunch of planes parked here idle....very sad sight...

There is one of the most beautiful girls who is the bartender at the GSO airport. She has been here for a few years.....it was good to see that she is still here, but sad that she has to cover that face with a mask. Super nice gal. I did get my hug at least.

Hi there! Fall has arrived in the norwoods. It was cool and windy in my boat today. I should have quit when I first thought of it because it sprinkled on me. Ihate rain in a boat.
