A HPD Sgt was killed today. Didn't know him but he has going to retire in 2 weeks.

Yesterday was a sad day for hockey fans, Mike Emrick announced he was retiring from broadcasting. He was the best hockey play by play announcer I ever heard. If he had been doing baseball, football or basketball instead of hockey the last 50 years he would be a legend.

I heard this on the way home today. Completely agree with you, Larry.
