Thanks Moog!!
Sigh.... As I started reading your thread, Flasback to 2006. A new vision issue sent me to a neurologist and brain scans that showed a mass. It was benign. I felt your pain, Ken.

On a happy note, what fun with the birds! My friend feeds birds year round including blue birds. He was putting out meal worms and one landed beside him and nuzzled his hand. Your story was even better.

Slowly, slowy at first. Inexorably the threads start to fray and unravel...

It's almost 8 years to the day. I don't remember the exact date I moved but it was around Veterans Day.

Secondly my grandson had a real good performance last Friday at the State Cross Country meet. A fine season of improvement for him & his teammates. Looking forward to his Senior season next year.
This makes me so very happy!!!! :D

And the snow has made it down to where we live... 6,368 feet of elevation. Not a lot, maybe 2" - enough to scrape some from the car windows in the morning.

Did one load of laundry from our little vacation, and a crazy busy day at work, and we're both pretty tired. Off to watch some mindless TV, then off to sleep land.

Ahhh.. and before I leave - Happy birthday to our Conolulu.. we all miss you.

G'night. :)
