Between the building getting power washed Wednesday and all the rain we've had, I've only been outside once in the last 2 days, to get my mail yesterday. It's a little overcast today but it's 70 degrees, I need to get some fresh air.

Well, I have been a busy . I have done laundry, made lasagna for dinner tonight and am almost done baking off the triple chip cookies. Daughter and granddaughters are on the road and should be here in a couple of hours.
Covid has spiked badly in my corner of the world and as of yesterday my county has been moved to red alert.
Our annual family Christmas party has been cancelled. Several years ago my FIL started having everyone write a letter about how they met their spouse or something that was important that happened during the year...we keep them in binders like a family history of sorts. This year we still have to write one but I'm at a loss... I don't want to be a debby downer but this year has sucked big time.
I'm going to make myself a margarita and chill till my babies get here....

The highest Knox county ohio has been is orange.
Until now....our governor is threatening to close restaurants and bars in the next week if numbers don't start coming back down. Our small town has seen at least 5 small restaurants permanently close. Maybe I'm having a Covid break down....but I am starting to feel like we're never going to get back to normal.
