It's coming up to five years since the original virus that triggered the chronic fatigue. Medicine has absolutely no idea about chronic fatigue - zero, zilch, nada. No idea what triggers it, no idea how it works, no idea how to deal with it. Frustrating doesn't come close to describing it.
Does the fatigue come & go?
So sorry for what she's dealing with!

It is pretty much always under the surface - too much exercise, or too much work or too much stress and she struggles to breathe and has to stop everything.

Once it is triggered it takes days to recover.

But Boo as well. Now we have to go Christmas shopping :)
