This is our first Christmas at our home. Normally we spend Christmas traveling seeing family, including both of my daughters which live out of state. This year, both of my kids are here. My wife is always good at playing some sort of "Christmas Game" which includes prizes and such.

The two of them came home with a boat load of lottery tickets, a bunch of "crap", and a few hundred dollars in $1 and $5 bills.......along with 27 packages of Cling Wrap.
They began wrapping it all in a ball of wrap, and included duct taping it, with the presents inside.

you will get so much time to unwrap, and collect what you get as you go thru the ball depending on somebody else rolling dice....the middle has a $100 bill........i think she spent that much in Cling Wrap

there is everything from Candy, to small bottles of liquor, beef jerky, etc....wrapped in this....it is about the size of a beach ball.

There's a college football game on ESPN, the New Mexico Bowl. It's being played in Texas.
Frisco actually! Same stadium we all wish Jimmy still played at when he's in the Dallas area.

How did it start?
Wild fire which is spreading
Hopefully not from a gender-reveal party.

Still raining here. Temps plummeting. Going to turn to ice shortly and then 6-8" of snow. Scratching the drive to my parents in the morning. Probably for the best anyways.

My oldest daughter, son in law and grandbabies had to cancel their trip home last weekend, we are spending Christmas Eve alone. Might drop by the youngest daughter's tomorrow depending on how the roads are.

I am hoping that one of the kids gets a lottery ticket and actually wins something.......wouldn't that be cool......
i am just hoping that i can get to either the bag of jordan almonds (love those) or the pistachio peanuts (love those even more)......LOL......she also put tags in there that allows you to take somebodies else's present.
Reminds of a few years back. We had a Christmas party at our golf club with a "White Elephant" gift exchange. One guy had wrapped a very nice, porcelain "White Elephant".........was hilarious..........guess you had to be there...........good name for a Live Album

At one of my old jobs, we did a Secret Santa one year. As we were drawing names, one of the women in the office kept saying she needed a new car. I drew her name. I bought her a model Rolls Royce.

I have one more job for Christmas, which is taking my wife for coffee and and a walk on the beach which she has already expressed that she wants to do............this is so my daughters can prepare what they bought for her, and have assembled and ready.......so, my Christmas obligations should be complete.....just going to spend the rest of the day with my kids, wife, and grand daughter.....plenty of presents, food and beverages are awaiting..
If i don't check in tomorrow..........I want to wish my BN family a great Christmas Day......Too many great friends made throughout the years..Too many experiences to mention......i wish we could all meet up more often that what we do.
Merry Christmas All.........and Happy B'Day Jimmy........
